Attorney Franca M. Palumbo
Ms. Franca Palumbo has been practicing Special Education Law since 2002.
She has represented thousands of special needs children in all of southeastern Pennsylvania. She is frequently asked to speak to parents groups and organizations serving disabled children. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Palumbo was a litigation associate at the Dechert law firm in Philadelphia.
Ms. Palumbo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She has served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA), as well as Team Up Philly. She is currently a Board Member of the Pathway School.
She is the parent of two children and the grandmother of two grandsons.
