Attorney Jeff Basch
Jeff has been advocating on behalf of children with disabilities for six years, and has counseled hundreds of families on issues arising under various state and federal laws. He helps students secure appropriate programming and services, as well as obtain compensatory education, private school placements, tuition reimbursement, and other remedies available under the law. He represents parents in all stages of education negotiation and litigation, from IEP meetings to resolution meetings and settlement conferences.
Before graduating cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 2019, Jeff worked as a child advocate for a non-profit organization that provides free bilingual English and Spanish training and assistance to families of children with disabilities.
Prior to joining Education Law Partners, Jeff worked at the law firm of Batchis Nestle & Reimann LLC for three years, representing families of children with disabilities.
Jeff currently lives in Philadelphia with his girlfriend and his dog, Strudel. He enjoys exploring the city for the best pizza.
